These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of all apps and services offered by TaskMaster (“we,” “our,” “us”), including but not limited to TaskClock and FlowClock (“Apps” or “Services”). By accessing or using any TaskMaster product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

TaskMaster products are intended for individuals who meet the minimum age requirements listed below:

TaskClock: For students aged 13 years and older
FlowClock: For individuals aged 13 years and older, including students, adults, and professionals

By using our Services, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement for the specific product you are accessing and that you comply with any additional age-related restrictions in your region.

2. Account Creation

To use our Services, you may be required to create an account using a valid email address and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Content

You may input personal data, preferences, and schedules when using TaskMaster products. This data is stored securely and used solely to deliver personalized experiences. You are responsible for providing accurate information. You may edit or regenerate your data at any time to improve results.

4. No Paid Features

All TaskMaster apps are currently free to use. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, we will email you in advance and update these Terms accordingly.

5. Community Guidelines and Account Suspension

We trust our users to provide accurate and respectful information when using our products.

Some TaskMaster products (including but not limited to TaskClock) may include community features (e.g., leaderboards). You agree not to submit inappropriate content, including usernames containing profanity or offensive terms. TaskMaster reserves the right to:

Modify inappropriate usernames
Suspend or delete accounts for repeated or severe violations

6. App Availability and Accuracy

We aim to provide accurate and reliable services. However, our apps (especially those that use AI-generated outputs like scheduling) may not always be error-free or available. You are encouraged to review and regenerate any AI-generated content as needed.

If you encounter any inaccuracies or issues in our products—such as, but not limited to, the Assessments feature in TaskClock—you are encouraged to contact us using the details provided in Clause 11.

7. Intellectual Property

TaskMaster owns all intellectual property rights related to its products, including design, branding, and software. You may use our products for personal, non-commercial purposes. Redistribution or commercial use without permission is not allowed. We reserve the right to update this clause if licensing terms change.

8. Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately so we can help secure it.

9. Limitation of Liability

TaskMaster is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, inaccuracies in AI-generated results or service interruptions.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll notify all registered users via email. Continued use of our products after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
