Terms of Service for TaskClock

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TaskClock (“Apps” or “Services”) offered by TaskMaster (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using TaskClock, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

TaskClock is intended for users aged 13 and older (or the minimum age required in your country). Users who do not meet the minimum legal age for using our services should not create an account.

By using our Services, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement for the specific product you are accessing and that you comply with any additional age-related restrictions in your region.

2. Account Creation

To use our Services, you may be required to create an account using a valid email address and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

4. No Paid Features

TaskClock currently free to use. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, we will email you in advance and update these Terms accordingly.

5. Community Guidelines and Account Suspension

We trust our users to provide accurate and respectful information when using our products.

TaskClock provides community features such as leaderboards. You agree not to submit inappropriate content, including usernames containing profanity or offensive terms. TaskMaster reserves the right to:

• Modify inappropriate usernames

• Suspend or delete accounts for repeated or severe violations

6. App Availability and Accuracy

We aim to provide accurate and reliable services. However, our apps may not always be error-free or available.

You are encouraged to review and regenerate any AI-generated content whenever necessary.

If you encounter any inaccuracies or issues in our products, you are encouraged to contact us using the details provided in Clause 10.

7. Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately so we can help secure it.

8. Limitation of Liability

TaskMaster is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, inaccuracies in AI-generated results or service interruptions.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll notify all registered users via email. Continued use of our products after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
