Welcome to ZenSpace. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ZenSpace mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by TaskMaster (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use ZenSpace.

1. Description of Service

ZenSpace is a mental wellness platform designed to provide mood tracking, relaxation tools, and AI-driven companionship. The Service includes AI-powered insights based on user input to assist with personal wellness management.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use ZenSpace. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that a user under 13 is using the Service, we reserve the right to terminate that account without notice.

IMPORTANT: ZenSpace is a wellness and self-help tool. It is not a medical device, nor does it provide professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Not for Emergencies: ZenSpace is not intended for use in a crisis. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or considering self-harm, please contact local emergency services or a qualified medical professional immediately.

• Consult a Professional: Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition.

4. User Accounts

• Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account.

5. User Content & Privacy

You may provide text, voice, and facial data to the Service for analysis.

• Privacy: Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store raw biometric data (voice/facial images).

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the data you input, but you grant us the right to process and summarize this data to provide the Service's features (such as "Chat Knowledge").

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using ZenSpace, you agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, destabilize, or gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application.

• Use the AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding content provided by users), including software, UI design, logos, are and will remain the exclusive property of TaskMaster.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZenSpace is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskMaster shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Emotional or physical distress resulting from the use of the Service.

• Loss of data or service interruptions due to maintenance or technical failures.

• Inaccuracies in AI-generated responses or wellness insights.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Service Interruption & Termination

• Suspension: We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates without prior notice.

• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

10. Future Changes & Monetization

• Modifications: We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

• Fees: ZenSpace is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or advertisements in the future.
